The property consists of an old farmhouse recently renovated and converted into a comfortable B&B. Hills are all around us, the view is superb, the house is surrounded by a big garden with an open air swimming-pool for your moments of leisure. Breakfast is served in the garden and all the products we serve are homemade and fresh.Podere the Ollle is an ancient farm located where the beautiful Umbrian hills sloping down to Tuscany.The farm consists of two stone houses, renovated in keeping with tradition, inviting and comfortable. The accommodation for the guests of consist of bright and spacious rooms, each with a bathroom and separate entrance. A side a beautiful swimming pool is open to 180 degrees on the valley, an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in the countryside in Umbria ...

Podere le Olle is located halfway between Florence and Rome, strategically located and easily accessible from the motorway, allows easy access to Orvieto and Città della Pieve, Trasimeno Lake and Perugia, as well as the beautiful Val d'Orcia that in addition to being the ideal starting point to explore Tuscany, is also home to fascinating food and wine tours. At the farm is accessed easily through a convenient dirt road surrounded by olive groves that ends in a parking place on the edge of the farm garden.

The structure consists of two old stone houses, carefully restored preserving its original features. The farm is run organically and with the same spirit which was organized in the farmhouse, opting for the choice of materials and solutions with low environmental impact.Our efforts are aimed at proposing a model of eco-friendly holiday, as much as possible in harmony with nature, so we use geothermal energy and solar energy, energy saving light bulbs and reducing the flow of water in the bathrooms, to avoid unnecessary waste. All waste is sorted and differentiated and the staff is composted and reused to fertilize our garden. The same commitment characterizes our food choices, as well as what we offer to our guests.

Breakfast and dinner, if there are served in the garden or in less favorable seasons, the ground floor of the manor house where you have completed the restructuring of the former barn that houses chianine typical vaulted ceiling in large room with fireplace.Attached to the spacious dining room and equipped kitchen with a big fire is also used to organize traditional cooking courses. In the adjacent room was set up a shop where you can buy our oil together with selected local products.In an adjoining house is now restored old oven. Also on the back of the house are two ancient stone bath once used as a wash. Inside the property a path winds through the fields for a nice morning run, then the pool opens on to the valley and is ideal for leisure and relaxation.

In 2011, our cooking classes will be held from 'April 11 to 15, with a minimum of 4 participants. The course fee is € 50.00 (plus the cost of living).

The rooms, unless otherwise agreed, are available after hours 14 and must be vacated by 11 am. During the summer, and when possible, it is expected can leave the room at 18.00. For the service will be an extra charge of €30.00 per room.
