Our beautiful Perugia, Italy vacation rental villa is a luxurious retreat although from the outside is appears to be just a regular farmhouse. The country house and its dependents form the Agriturismo, I Mori Gelsi , placed close to the hills of vineyards. The villa rental sums up as ideal venue for wedding functions, friendly reunions as well as large family gatherings.

This 7 bedroom rental villa in Perugia can easily accommodate up to 16 guests at a time. The villa has been divided into two different apartments; Apartment Brufa and Apartment Mela and a cottage named Cottage Nido for your convenience. Therefore, if your group is not that large, it is possible to rent a single apartment or cottage of your choice. All the three units are comfortably furnished with required contemporary amenities. There are two wood burning fireplaces to keep you warm during chilly nights. The kitchen is stocked with all the required amenities to facilitate cooking for a large group, and there is a huge organic vegetable garden as well to supply fresh vegetables.

Our Perugia villa rental features a private outdoor pool for you and your group to lounge around and swim. We also have private gazebos to make your evenings livelier where you can host friendly cocktail parties and barbeques. Apart from the safe deposit box, we offer ample parking space for multiple cars. There are three different patios to enjoy magnificent outdoor views with ongoing coffee conversations. This pet friendly Perugia villa is ideal for those who like to travel with their pets.

Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to test their skills on the links while staying at our Perugia villa near golf course. For wine connoisseurs, The Museum of Wine is of great interest. This landmark holds a treasure of knowledge and some relatively unknown tricks about the art of winemaking. You may also admire a very precious collection of majolica (antique Italian pottery) dating back to 17th and 18th centuries. There are many great restaurants nearby serving not only mouthwatering Italian cuisines but all sorts of international cuisine. For a superb shopping experience, there is no need to drive miles away, as shopping retreats are located close to the vacation rental.

Euro 60/ apartment final cleaning, Euro 50/ guest/ week for extra guests occupying the sofa bed for a max of 2 at Mela and 2 at Nido. Euro 80/ apartment/ week for heating if necessary.

Reservation Deposit: 50% of the rate (utilities excluded). Balance + utilities at your arrival day.

For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 20% of the reservation deposit. For cancellation less than 20 days prior to arrival and more than 10 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 30% of reservation deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 10 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Rates are Subjected to Change without Prior Notice. BEHAVIOR - The Guest (s) shall not create noise or disturbances. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Guest (s) shall then immediately vacate the premises.

Damage Deposit:- A damage deposit of € 300/ unit is required. This sum must be received the day of your arrival (as well as balance of rental rate and eventual utilities) and returned the day of your departure, entirely or partially depending of eventual damages to the house and its equipments. You agree maintain the property in the same condition in which it was found. Reasonable wear and tear accepted. Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be taken out or transferred from one property to another. Loss of these items, as well as damage to the property or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to the guest(s).

1. Clean refrigerator. Leave no food or drink in it.

2. Empty all garbage into outside cans.

3. Do not re-arrange furniture. Owner will retain € 25 from deposit for moving furniture back.

The number of Guests shall not exceed the number of Guests on the rental reservation agreement. If more people are found to occupy premises than on the rental agreement, Guest agrees to pay for the additional people.

PENALIZATION CLAUSE - Must be previously arranged with the owner. Failure to fulfill the obligation to leave the House within the term agreed shall make the Guest(s) liable to pay a penalisation of a sum equivalent to triple the daily rent, accrued by weeks elapsed until free availability of the home to the Landlord, notwithstanding the costs, expenses and other compensation that may be due, including the fees of lawyers and procurator, although their intervention may not be required.
