This historical villa is owned by the same family since 800 years and the little village of Campello sul Clitunno has been constructed and named by the same Counts. 6 beautiful bedrooms, a big living room, a huge kitchen where you can learn the secrets of the Italian cuisine and a parc with a private swimming pool, makes this villa a unique way to spent your holidays.

The famous cultural places like Spoleto, Assisi, Foligno, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Norcia and so many others are very close and so you can combine an eno-gastronomic tour with the culture, making true a dream holiday. For the young and the sportifs, mountain bike, para-sailing, rafting and wonderful trekking are available nearby and can be arranged on request.

A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.

A damage deposit of $300 will be returned if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens.

For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of €60. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 1 nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance. The locked hallway closet contains our personal items. Please be respectful. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.

The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.

Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys on kitchen table.
