Original and charming farmhouse complex made up of two old houses 20m away from one another, in the heart of the Orcia Valley, an area situated south of Siena and characterized by an uncontaminated gentle landscape, rich in thermal spas and the land of the famous 'grand cru' Brunello di Montalcino. A splendid and unique position on an enchanting and relaxing natural terrace in the middle of an 80ha farm, where olive oil and wheat are produced. Magnificent broad view of the Orcia Valley and Mount Amiata, absolute peace and quiet. Central heating. Access to the property along 4km of unpaved road. Comfortable rustic style furnishings with some authentic pieces that are in perfect accordance with their surroundings.

Casa 1 (sleeps 4 + 2):

Ground floor: large sunny living room with fireplace and access to grounds (large door-window), large dining area with fireplace and access to a pleasant internal courtyard, large kitchen (6 burners, oven, freezer, industrial dishwasher). First floor (accessed by means of a spiral staircase and from the outside): one twin bedded room that is a passageway with direct access to the grounds, one sunny double bedroom, bathroom with shower (skylight).

In the outbuilding 5m away with access from the courtyard.

Ground floor: a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower (window).

Casa 2 (sleeps 6):

Ground floor: dining room with large fireplace, two-person sofa and small kitchen area (oven, fridge 140lt), two large double bedrooms, one twin bedded room, bathroom with shower (washing machine, window).

Distances: Chianciano Terme and Sarteano with all kinds of shops 7km, Cetona 15km, Montepulciano 16,5km, Pienza 30km, Lake Trasimeno 37km, Montalcino 54km, Perugia 74km, Siena 84km, Vagliagli with the ABV headquarters 94km, Florence 142km, Rome 175km.

At guests' disposal: Spacious lawn garden that is well kept and equipped with an original irregular-shaped, floodlit swimming pool (90m², depth 0.90m/1.40m/2.30m, open from 16/05 - 3/10), sun shower and barbecue. Parking on premises. Please request when booking: baby-bed (included in the price), small pets admitted €25 per week, it is possible to have a cook (local cuisine) and to purchase local products at special prices.
