This property is composed of 2 Tuscan style homes; Villa Le Rondini (larger in size) and Casa Rossa, both sleep up to 6 guests. Le Fontanelle is located a San Pancrazio, San Casciano Val di Pesa. Just south of Florence. Both have been wonderfully furnished with traditional and antique furniture and provide all the comforts of your own home. Both homes are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens which include 700 olive trees (harvest in Nov), a super Tuscan vineyard (harvest in Sept - Oct), various fruit trees, organically grown vegetables and national parkland.

A large in ground pool and children's playground overlook the olive grove and the historic church of San Pancrazio. The Pool is fully fenced for the security of your family. "Le Fontanelle" offers tranquility and luxury in a "typical" Tuscan setting.

VILLA LE RONDINI - 1 double bedroom, 2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 2 bathrooms with showers (1 with jacuzzi). large Tuscan style kitchen with fireplace, original stone sink, dishwasher, microwave. Large dining room : seats up to 24 guests. large sitting room with fireplace, laundry with washing machine and dryer/ironing facilities. 2 furnished loggias for outdoor entertaining and enjoyment, sat TV/CD/DVD player.

CASA ROSSA - 2 separate entrances, 1 large double bedroom, with an extra single daybed. En-suite with shower, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower, traditional style kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/ ironing, facilities. Extra daybed, furnished loggia, sat TV/CD/DVD, player.

The entire property is fully fenced offering security and privacy. All loggias are fully furnished for outdoor enjoyment and entertaining. A large "aussie" style BBQ and outdoor cooking facilities. Internal covered car parking. Secure outdoor dog kennels. Childrens outdoor playground. Fenced inground swimming pool (7x15m) with all outdoor pool facilities. All bed linens and towels included.
Hairdryers are included in every bathroom. Central heating / air con included.

Free internet wi-fi. Rental includes weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels. Cots, highchairs, car seats, and stroller are also available free of charge. Extra cleaning may be requested for a separate fee. Guests will be welcomed with complimentary basket of authentic Italian gourmet food, including our wine and oil produce.

We will provide for your immediate needs of food and drink upon arrival, toiletries and everyday cleaning supplies. Olive oil and wine produce available for purchase by guests. 5 min walk to local shops (deli, bar, post office, church). 10 min drive to local surrounding towns. Riding schools, tennis courts and golf course nearby. The Area offers a wide and varied choice of high quality restaurants and enotecas to suite all budgets.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure booking.

A security deposit of €500 paid by personal cheque or cash, is required on arrival to be refunded, as appropriate, within 2 weeks of departure.

Credit Cards - As a small private business we do not accept credit cards.

Check-in on day of arrival is between 4-6pm. Alternative arrangements must be requested when booking, to ensure that they can be accommodated.

For cancellations notified 60 days prior to arrival the 25% deposit will be retained in full. From 59 days to 30 days before date of arrival 50% of full payment will be retained (50%refunded). From 29 to 0 days before date of arrival full payment will be retained.
