Villa Niccolai is an old 1800's farm house, restored with great care while maintaining its architectural style as well as its original details. Situated in the Lucca countryside, it is near the Manor Villa of the owner but at the same time, completely independent and surrounded by a spacious garden which is shaded by centuries old trees with a fully equipped swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests as well as a gazebo and covered parking area. The Villa is situated in a very quiet and tranquil area, about 1 km. from Orentano (grocery stores), 5 km. from Altopascio (shops of all kinds), 15 km. Montecatini Terme (golf), 15km. Lucca, 25 km. San Miniato, 45 km. beaches of the Versilia coast, 40 km. Pisa, 55 km. Florence.
Interiors:
Soft colors, light, space and silence, a genteel meeting of ancient style and comfort. Ground Floor: Three large communicating rooms from which two living areas have been made, both with fireplaces and a large kitchen/dining area, one double room, one bathroom with shower and bathtub (can be accessed directly from outside and suitable for the handicapped); wine tasting corner. First Floor: Two double rooms, two bedrooms with two single beds each, raised balcony like area overlooking the living room with two sofa beds (single), three baths with shower, closet with washing machine.
Taste:
The high quality service we provide is characterized by refined, traditional and creative cooking. Special dinners will be served expressly for you in the patio or in the dining room of the Villa. Wine selection and tasting can be a pleasant surprise.
Comfort & Nature:
A large patio, a shadowed garden, comfortable bedrooms, and two fireplaces. All for your best stay in the nature.
Outdoors:
A large garden with secular trees, olive trees, vineyard, orchard, swimming pool, portico outside of the kitchen and living room, soccer field and private parking.
Swimming-Pool:
A large swimming-pool (6 x 14 m and depth 1.50 - 1.80m) for the exclusive use of our guests.
Week - End:
A very special place to spend a weekend with friends in the nature and enjoying the cuisine based on a meeting of creativity and taste (game, fish, truffles). Guests can take relaxing walks, bicycle rides, painting lessons. Sport lovers will be spoilt for choice: from a game of tennis on beaten earth course to a horse ride or a round of golf.

Take the toll highway A11 Firenze-Mare: exit at Altopascio Follow the directions per Altopascio; once in Altopascio continue on by following the directions for Orentano (5 km.); in the vicinity of Orentano (do not enter the town), continue straight on the

Week end rates(From October to April): 1,200 Euro.

Ground floor rental (sleeps 2/4) - From October to April - 70 Euro per person/day.

Terms & Conditions

Period May - September

Weekly stays: from Saturday to Saturday.

Services included: Bed linen and towels, dish towels, exclusive use of the swimming pool. Pets allowed.

Services not included: final cleaning, 15 Euros per person (minimum Euro 120).

Period October - April

It is possible to rent both the entire villa (sleeps 10/12) or just the ground floor (sleeps 2/4).

Week-ends: Two nights, three days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Short stays: Three nights, four days.

Services included: Bed linen and towels, dish towels, heating (up to 10 hours/day). Pets allowed.
