Designed by sculptor Federico De Leonardis in the early 60s and refurbished afterwords in the late 90s with the help of his son Martino, this house is the perfect destination for whoever wants to spend a relaxing, nature-close, unforgettable holiday in one of the most appreciated and best preserved locations of Liguria. It is situated on the hill side behind the picturesque small village of San Terenzo, and overlooks the tract of sea between Lerici and Portovenere (the so-called Gulf of Poets) offering a magnificent sight of the isles and the blue water behind them.

This beautiful spot is connected to both the village center and the sea by a 4 to 10 minutes walk or drive and is equipped with all kinds of comforts for a pleasant stay. The property offers a double parking space and is situated at the end of a private road. The living room and the other spaces at ground floor are all connected to a large and shaded outside garden area equipped with BBQ, stone table and chairs, while the spacious bedrooms at first floor have their own studio area and access to a large sunny terrace and to the front garden.

All the furnishings are very particular and include many “anti-design” works by the artist. More cultivated land is found below the main garden as well as on the other side of the house, where a private track crossing a shaded Mediterranean wood leads to the small romantic beach found below the house (this part of the shore can only otherwise be reached by boat). This location is perfect if you are planning daily trips either to the Ponente Riviera of Liguria, like Portovenere, CinqueTerre,or to Northern Tuscany, like Sarzana, Carrara, Pisa, Lucca and even Florence.

The reservation of the house is accepted when House of Arts, Architecture and Nature has verified that the payment by bank transfer of 30% of the total amount due has been accredited and that there are no other previous advance payments for the same period.

For reservations of periods up to 8 weeks long, the whole of the amount due must to be paid cash on day of the arrival to the house.

For any other type of reservation particular paying terms will be specified. Prices do not include heating bills (100€ per week) and final cleaning (40€).

The landlord is not responsible for any kind of damage, loss or theft of personal objects that may occur in the house.

Cancellations occurring 60 days before the start of the reserved period imply the loss of the 10% of the total amount due (1/3 of the booking deposit).

Later cancellations imply the loss of the whole of the booking deposit, that is, the 30% of the total amount due.

In the case the occupant decides to abandon the property before the end of the period that he has previously agreed to rent, he will not be entitled to any type of refunding.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

On the day of the arrival to the house, the tenant must leave a 500€ deposit which will be returned as soon as the house has been checked after the tenant has left the property, and which may be partly or entirely kept by the landlord in the case something has been damaged or stolen.
