The villa is located above the harbor city of Imperia(Capo Berta). This luxury villa is definitely for those with up market tastes, and sleep a maximum of 8 people. On the ground floor you will find the large living room with a fireplace, reading niche and large dining table. For those who love cooking, the kitchen is large and well equipped, with many utensils, stove and dishwashing machine. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also on this floor. From the living room one has direct access to the terrace with a great view and your own BBQ.

Via the expansive marble stairs one reaches the upstairs. This is divided into 3 bedrooms, with dressing rooms and 2 baths. The unobtrusive upstairs terrace offers sunbathers plenty of place and a discreet ambience. The large pool with a view of the ocean is shared. Your car is also safely parked in the parking space inside the closed off property.
