This impressive villa dates back to the 16th century and lies at the foot of the mountains "Monti Pisani", only a few kilometers (7km) from Lucca. The villa is divided into three apartments: two are rented as holiday homes and one is inhabited by the owners. The villa has extensive lands (10.000 sqm) completely enclosed and mostly kept as meadow with a collection of roses, many other kinds of flowers and lovely statues.

Entrance on the 1st floor: separate ground-level entrance. Impressive entrance with fresco's on the walls. 1 twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, living room with SAT-TV, dining room with 1 double bed settee, fresco's on the walls, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, stone sink, a few stone steps are leading to 1 bathroom with tub/shower, bidet, wc.Villa Rossini has partially antique pieces of furniture. The apartment has no heating.

Separate entrance on the ground floor: room with table, living room with 1 double bed settee, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, 1 separate WC, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, fireplace. Convenient furnishings.

The villa has a beautiful in-ground swimming pool (9x4,6 m, deep:1.20m) with deckchairs, sun-umbrellas and external shower. Each apartment has its private outdoor area with table, chairs, a gazebo and a barbecue. The lovely surroundings of the villa have a lot to offer: pleasant walks or bike rides (4 bikes available for free) along the nearby old aqueduct and day-trips to nearby Tuscan cities like Pisa and Florence.

A covered pergola serves as parking. There is a special discount of 10% by renting both apartments during low and high season. The owner lives in the 3rd apartment on the 2nd floor.
