The property is a typical Tuscan old farm, totally restored to enjoy a charming vacation with all luxury comforts. It consists in two buildings, the Villa is up to 9 guests, and the Annex for 3 guests, for a total of 12. It is rented separately or together if available. The villa has two floors: On the first floor 4 double king size bedrooms to accommodate up to 9 guests (+ a baby cot) Rooms are finely furnished with double beds, wardrobe, luxury quality bed linens and towels, from two rooms direct access to a large sun terrace.

On the ground floor the living area: the wonderful porch welcomes you on a large main hall with fireplace, furnished with dining table, armchairs and sofa, ample fireplace where to relax in front of digital TV (Sat, Playstation 2, DVD, Stereo). A Mac computer available with internet. The kitchen room is full equipped: stove, dishwasher, large woven, large fridge.. Two large bathrooms with hydro massage shower. A wonderful flowered garden, gate access.
