The villa is found outside the small and lovely town of Solarino. Slightly hilly position Allows to enjoy of a pleasant breeze for the whole summer period and of a beautiful view. An ample living stay, completely furnished of table and chairs, couches and receipt angle with Sat TV, equipped kitchen, bath with shower and laundry. From the inside staircase it is accessed the first floor, where we find the night area, composed of 4 bedrooms, two doubles and two twins, bath with shower. Two rooms are ample provisions of panoramic terraces that lean out on the garden and the swimming pool and from Which is possible to observe Syracuse and big part of the coast, the others are two rooms with window provisions of sight on the back garden. To the outside it is possible to enjoy of an ample covered porch spaces and ideal for lunches and suppers to the open one, a small garden with lawn and decorated to plants, orchard, stone barbecue corner, a private swimming pool with sun terrace and garden furniture, to the exclusive use of guests. The nearest airport is to Catania. It is at only 60 km away. From Catania airport take the highway S.S. 114 Syracuse. Continue straight for about 50 km and take the exit for Florida-Solarino at km 152.

Rates are quoted in Euro. A deposit of the 30% of the total price within 7 business days from the day of booking. Balance will pay at the arrival in cash. Forms of payment accepted for the deposit: bank transfer and money order. Extra fee (to pay on the spot): - Damage deposit of € 250 will be returned at the end of the stay, the previous control of the general conditons of the house. - Final cleaning: € 70. - Rental beds sheets and bath towels: € 10 for person to change. Rental baby-bed and chair: € 50.

Renounce penality for: - Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival: Refound only the 50% of the deposit. - Beetwen cancellations 90 days prior the arrival and 30 days prior the arrival: Refound 25% of the deposit. - Cancellations less than 30 days prior the arrival: there are no Refound.

Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED. Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.
