An authentic 17th century Tuscan cottage with all the comforts of a modern villa is waiting for you!
Within its wide English garden you can enjoy your private swimming-pool and the synthetic grass tennis court, which is just shared with Villa PetrAlexa; each villa (managed from the same owner) is within its own enclosed garden and can be rented together for large groups or 2/3 families, 14 people totally or separately.
All rooms of Villa LisiDor are very large, for a total of 250 square meters.

On entering the house there is a combined living and dining room with fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, American coffee maker, freeze, freezer and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be converted into a queen-size bed upon prior request), and the third bedroom has 3 single beds, most comfortable for children. A separate study has a sofa bed (suitable for one) which can serve as a bedroom upon prior request The first and second bathrooms each have a sink, toilet, and shower. The third one has a sink and toilet. Stairs behind the fireplace lead to the tower, a cosy sitting room with a couch, satellite TV, and great views of the surrounding vineyards.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION/PAYMENT - Each booking becomes valid only after we have received the deposit, whose amount corresponds to 30% of the whole tariff. The residual amount has to be paid within 3 weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made 30 days before arrival are considered as ‘Last Minute’: for this reason the whole tariff is requested in order to accept the reservation. As payment method we use money transfer. Any bank commission has to be borne by the client. In case the payment shall not be made within the established terms, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the reservation deposit. Less than 21 days before the arrival date, the cancellation charge is the whole tariff. If we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property we will refund the equivalent rental price earned from the new booking (less any additional costs incurred). Any bank commission for refunds has to be borne by the client. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
