Villa Salutio is a fascinating beautiful villa for 8 person; it is perfect for relaxing and living in the real authentic Tuscany. A traditional farmhouse restored, it has maintained intact its original architectural characteristics. The flooring in the house is in ancient terracotta and the villa is comfortably furnished with antique furniture and hand-made metal objects by the owner and the craftsmen of the valley.

The entrance opens into a comfortable lounge room with armchairs, lounges and satellite TV from where you can admire the suggestive panorama through the large glass door. From here, you can access the large dining room characterized by an enormous Tuscan fireplace, the table can comfortably accommodate 12 people, a door opens onto an external covered area, furnished with a table and chairs for eating out. The modern kitchen offers all the necessary conveniences for cooking.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor. Here there is the first double bedroom with an en-suite service bathroom. A second lounge room is furnished with lounges, comfortable armchairs, and a large fireplace. Then a second bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and hydro-massage bath, and a third double bedroom. Another door leads to a large suite, with a cooking area, a large double bed, a reading area and a bathroom with a shower.

The swimming pool is strategically located in the sunniest area of the large garden, it is very large 7x14mt. with a maximum height of 1.60. Surrounded by a large paved area, it is completed with a big umbrella 4x4mt., tables, chairs and sun beds. A truly Tuscan experience!
