Close to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and the new Punta della Dogana Museum, the house is very quite, far from the crowd, a very sophisticated way to live Venice. A Venetian structure and antique furniture are the spell of this location, but at the same time the guest can find modern comforts as wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning, big flat screen TV, new kitchen appliances. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin room with bathroom, a third double room as well with en-suite bathroom, and a studio that can be turned into a fourth bedroom with twin beds (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total). The house is perfect for 6 people up to 8. The apartment is very spacious, bright and airy, with a special atmosphere:it's the perfect spot for an unforgettable Venetian holiday, both for a family or romantic stay.

From Marco Polo airport public water shuttle "Alilaguna" ( get off at Zattere stop) or private water taxi (get off at Santo Spirito boat stop).

Money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment. A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Balance will be payed cash at arrival.

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of €50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of %0 euros. The agent will explain you at arrival garbage&recycle rules. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 20 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 25 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please lock all windows and doors. Leave keys on kitchen table.
