“La Vigna di Gragnano” is a spacious country-house which belongs to a large farm (which comprises various buildings) and is located along the wine road amidst vineyards and olive groves. The house was converted into a cosy holiday home which may sleep up to 11 guests.
It has an external area equipped with a gazebo, sun lounges and a beautiful swimming pool completely set in the earth (12m x 6, deep. 1,5 m). The pool lies 200m away from the house in a quiet, sunny position with splendid views onto the nearby hills. Guests will have a free guided tour in the vineyards, thus having the chance of buying the excellent wine (Merlot) and oil produced within the farm.

“La Vigna di Gragnano” is part a big country house and is attached on one side to the farm. Entrance on the ground floor: hall, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, espresso coffee-machine, exit onto the outdoor area, living room with sofas and armchairs, TV, radio, 1 bathroom with a small shower, WC. On the 1st floor: 2 communicating double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, WC/bidet, 1 room with 1 double bed-settee, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet. An external utility room with washing machine to share.

The house has its own private outdoor area roughly 20 m from the house and equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, sun umbrella and sun lounges.
Wireless Internet connection available for free.
The house has a simple but comfortable furnishings with terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings in some of the rooms.

All rates are in Euros.

Local charges: linen and towels 10,00 € per person/change.

Final cleaning: 180,00 €. Heating upon consumption.
