Situated at beachfront 500m walk, our charming vacation villa in Villasimius, Italy, is an ideal hideaway for you. This 3 bedroom retreat is perfect to sleep up to 6 vacationers. The bedrooms have double bed and twin bed. There is a king-size bed.
In addition, in the garden there is a INDEPENDENT GUEST HOUSE for 2- 3 people. Fully equipped as well. Not included in mentioned rates. If needed you will be charged extra 150-250 Euros depending on the season.
You will enjoy cooking your favorite recipes in the outside pizza & barbecue oven or equipped kitchen. You will enjoy the figue tree in the large garden.

Our child friendly retreat has spacious garden for entertainment. There is a wood burning fireplace to spend some quality time with your group over your favored brews and beverages. Your beloved pets are more than welcome at this pet friendly retreat. The deck offers panoramic mountain, town and sea views.

Golf aficionados, staying at our retreat will be delighted by the easy access to excellent golfing facilities and opportunities. Diving, horse riding... kids playground & superb wining and dining at nearby restaurants is just a short walk away.

Upon request, we can book for you a pick up shuttle service.
If you rent a car at airport and do not need it during your stay, you can drop it at Tanka Village car rent, fiew meters from the villa location.

All rates are in Euros.

A deposit of 30% rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.

When booking the villa a Deposit will be asked. Cancellation 90 days before arrival 10% of the remaining amount will be asked. From 89-50 days before arrival 50% has to be paid. From 49 days before arrival 80% has to be paid.
