The Villa Paradiso lives up to its name. Standing alone on a hillside, the villa offers a spectacular panoramic view of the turquoise sea and the villages Tropea and Santa Domenica lying below. The unique, breathtaking view is definitely one of the best in the area, and can be enjoyed from the beautiful outdoor area. The garden offers a sun terrace, a porch with chairs, a spacious dining area and a pool area with sun loungers and parasols.

The villa accommodates up to 6 people and is perfect for spending an unforgettable holiday with a large family or group of friends. From one of the terraces you enter the living room with an open fireplace, and from there it goes to the spacious kitchen. Both rooms have sea views. At the rear there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

All rooms except one of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The property can be reached by a private driveway, and there are two covered car park for 2 cars at the house. On approximately 100sqm the Villa Paradiso is composed as follows: Living room with fireplace. 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds). Small study with Kitchen with dining area.

2 shower rooms, large furnished outdoor area, large terrace, Swimming pool (8x3m), Air Conditioning, Washing machine, TV, Dishwasher, Covered car parking for 2 cars. Restaurants, bars and shops about 2 km (Tropea), beach about 3 km, airport Lamezia Terme about 60km.

A deposit of Euro 300 has to be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure if no damage has occurred.
