3 Bedrooms Villa surrounded by a wide garden in one of the most exclusive area of the island. There are two bathrooms, one kitchen and a doublesize livingroom. On the top of the building there is a solarium, and in the garden there is an outside shower for wipe the send off coming back from the 300mtrs closest beach.
From the livingroom you can share an amazing panoramic sea view and an astonishing sunset everyday.

Payment Policy

Rates are quoted in € EUR.

A deposit of one week’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

No personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment. Damage deposit is 200€.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
