A modern built casolare set within its own grounds of one hectare of land populated by fruit and olive trees, constructed in local tuffo stone (to maintain a cool interior during the summer) with traditional lamia barrel vaulted ceilings. Situated 4km from the historic town of Cisternino, in the heart of the valle d'Itria.

The property has a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen dining area, three bedrooms (one master bedroom with en suite bathroom), one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and second family bathroom.

The house has an outdoor terrace, garden and has garden furniture with outdoor dining area to enjoy the views. The circular above ground plunge pool is 1.5m deep. The property is approximately 14 km from the coast and there are beaches and a coastal nature reserves at the nearby Torre Guaceto to enjoy. The pretty hillside towns of Cisternino (4km) and Ostuni (10km) both have historic centres and great local restaurants where you can enjoy the Pugliese cuisine and rich Salento wines.

There are many attractions in Puglia. The beautiful town of Cisternino is only 5 mins away by car. The villa is a 15 minute drive from the coast and 4km from the nearest historic town of Cisternino. The nearest beach is Torre Canne and the coastal nature reserve of Torre Guaceto is about 18km away with footpaths and secluded beaches Our stunning local towns, Cisternino and Ostuni. Cisternino is a beautiful town with its ancient cobbled streets, wonderful restaurants and shops and street market. It is also just a short drive to the famous white city of Ostuni and the wonderful baroque city of Martina Franca. The world heritage site Alberobello (Trulli Town) is also just a short drive away, and the best family beach in the region, beaches, are around 15 minutes drive away. ( market Monday morning from early to midday).

40 minutes distance to the nearest airport Brindisi(BR) or Bari (BA) is just over an hour away.

This is payable locally. 6 - All the above prices are inclusive of Meet & Greet by an English speaking representative, linen and towels, cleaning on departure, pool attendant twice weekly & welcome hamper. DISCOUNTS OFFERED ON BOOKINGS OF TWO WEEKS OR MORE DURING THE HIGH SEASON.

The 30% deposit on booking is non-returnable in such case that there is a cancellation.
