Terraced house on two levels with garden, is located in Villasimius, in the south of Sardinia. Villa Cordolino is close to beaches and Campulongu Campus. At the ground floor the house is composed by a living room that faces the patio and the garden. There is also a lovely dining room with a very well equipped kichinette from where you can reac the patio in the backyard where there is a lovely barbecue. always at the ground florr there is a double bedrooom with bathroom. At the first floor a bouble bedroom with bathroom, another bathroom and a double bedroom with a terrace.
