The house, recently rescued, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, provides a chance to plunge into tuscany's enchanting heartland; few kilometers away from Greve in Chianti, the motherland of brand "Gallo Nero", 15 Kilometers from Florence, 40 Kilometers from San Gimignano and 50 Kilometers from Siena, the house offers, for its strategic location, the chance to visit the most suggestive place of tuscany. The house, on two floors, in a panoramic setting with swimming pool 12X6, is composed at the ground floor by a lumber room, a large kitchen, a spacious dining room and a large living room with big fireplace, while at the first floor by 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with hydromassage tub. All floors are in typical "cotto"Very peaceful. We ensure the swin opened only during the high season.

Rates are quoted Euros. A deposit of 25% rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due at the arrival. Personal checks, money orders are accepted forms of payment
