ALPES d’OC Morinesio is a holiday house-residence situated in Morinesio – Comune of Stroppo – (Cuneo) at 1458 meters of height in a wonderful and sunny position on the slopes of the Nebin mountain; a natural balcony with an overwhelming view on the Cozie Alps. Morinesio is a fine small village both of stone and wooden houses and inner natural streets.

Alpes d’OC Morinesio means welcome for families, couples and groups up to 10-12 people. All the flats are very comfortable, sunny, with a beautiful panoramic view and furnished with the typical Provencal style, they are exposed at south-east, and have a big wooden terrace. Each flat has all comforts: central heating and water (independent from the others), private bathroom (shower, bidet, WC and sink).

The only common room is the laundry room where we have washing machine, ironing board and iron, the spare cupboard for skiing boot, skies etc. The kitchens cum living room are well equipped, they have a two basin sink , fridge, freezer, a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, TV with satellite, tableware, laundry for the kitchen and clothesline. The bed rooms are very big, they have a queen size bed, chair bed and cots.

Alpes d’OC Morinesio supplies all the bedroom laundry, including duvet and bathroom set and the deckchairs for the balcony. Alpes d’OC Morinesio puts at the disposal of the guests a picnic area and board games ( ping-pong, table soccer, children toys). In high season it is possible to rent mountain bikes, bowels and petangue, in winter snow-shoes to go trekking and bobs for children.

It is possible to use the washing machine, ironing board and iron. No smoking in all areas of the residence.
