Sunny apartment, just renovated and fully furnished, in a residential beginning ‘900 period building with a doorman, in historical neighborhood close to the central station. In the heart of Rome. The 90 square meters flat features three double (or twin) bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen - dining room. The street is a succession of early twentieth century buildings with palms and trees on the edge of San Lorenzo neighborhood ( a lively area beloved by students, artists and artisans, with a cosy atmosphere that reminds the more ancient Trastevere) and it's just 400 mt far from La Sapienza University, 3 minutes by foot.

To one side of the building is a lovely little square with a public garden, along the other side there are the beautiful and ancient Aurelian walls. It's very well connected by bus stop in front of the door, and through underground, 800 meters to Termini station, 5-10 minutes by foot, and 900 mt to Piazza Vittorio, 5-10 minutes by foot. The apartment overlooks two quiet courtyards with a condominium-lined gardens. Once past the security door, the hallway leads to a complete bathroom with shower, to a kitchen-dining room fully equipped (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave oven, folding table for up to eight people) and to a twin or double room.

All rooms described face east with a view of olive trees and magnolias. Across the hall, facing west and palm trees on the communal garden, open the other two double bedrooms, one with private en suite bathroom with shower. During the summer months the apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.

From Ciampino Airport (CIA): by bus to Termini Station, then follow the same path as in the case of FCO airport.
