The APPENNINO apartment(133 sqm ) is part of a property made up of three apartments which all have an autonomous entrance. It has an elegant large sitting room-kitchen . Two double rooms have air conditioning, private service, TV Sat and connection for your computer, the extra room( two extra beds) room has private service, air conditioning ,computer connection and service for disabled. The apartment is provided with two terraces (40 + 30 sqm.) directly accessible from the sitting room. In the sitting room-kitchen (85 sqm.) there is a fully equipped kitchen to practise you art in cooking, with microwave, 5 point cooker, electric oven, fireplace (included wood), barbecue and outside oven.
The same sitting room can be used to relax comfortably with a LCD large screen TV Sat, the Hi-Fi stereo with surround system of great level ( Marantz amplifier).
In common with the other apartments of the countryhouse there is the swinmming pool and a multipurpose room with table soccer and table tennis. There is also a fitness room on the same floor of the swimming pool. (tapis roulant, step, 2 cyclette).
The other apartments SIBILLA and PRIORA are for 3 people or 4 people. Contact the owner for further information about these.

•Prices include: electricity, water, gas Sat-TV, Internet access, the use of the fitness hall ,Final cleaning. The heating supply in winter is charged accoridng to the actual consumption. For the weekly change of linen and towels 10 €. For a further bed the rates are as follows:18 € in the middle season and 25 € in the high season. Further beds for children till the age of 8: reduction of 50% On request it is possibile to book free beds for children till the age of 3. For stays of 4 or 5 nights: reduction of 5% each day less than the weekly rate . ( during the high season we offer only weekly accommodation) For stays longer than one week in the low and middle season : reduction of 30&% for each week or a fraction after the first one

•A deposit of 30% is required . IF you cancel 45 days before the beginning of yoyr holiday 50% of your deposit will be refunded., if you cancel within 30 days the beginning of your holiday the whole deposit will be kept.
