Upstairs: Bedroom A with queen-size bed and bathroom en suite (shower over tub); bedroom B with 2 single beds; bedroom C with queen-size bed. Bathroom off corridor with shower over tub. Central heating in bedroom A and individually controlled electric heating in bedrooms B and C. Access to top of tower from bedroom C. From stairway, access via roofed open balcony to tiny study in tower with single bed (can be used in summer as bedroom D). Tennis court and swimming pool on grounds, shared with other guests.

Closest airport is FLR - Florence airport at Peretola, 80 minutes from Montalto (see map on Montalto website).
Next closest is PSA at Pisa (take SGC road to Florence, then A1 south and follow map on Montalto website)

30% deposit due at time of booking, balance due one month before arrival.

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of €50. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival the entire deposit 30% of total rent will be forfeited. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Pets: pets are not allowed in Torre del Vescovo. There are other houses and apartments at Castello di Vescovo where dogs can be accepted; please inquire. Smoking: no smoking is allowed in bedrooms. Smoking is permitted in the gardens but discouraged in the lving room. Extra beds: cribs can be provided for infants at €30/week. One or two extra beds can be furnished for children under 12, at €120/week. Extra adults are not permitted by state laws. Swimming pool: Swimming is at your own risk and young children should not be allowed in pool area without adult supervision.
