The residence is situated in a tree-filled park, of over 13 acres, with a large lake at its centre. All the apartments for 2 – 6 persons have a fully equipped cooking area, complete with all the necessary utensils and include a final cleaning service. At the moment of confirmation of the booking you will be required to supply the details of the credit card of the person making the booking to be used as a form of guarantee.

The balance of your booking will be requested at the time of check-in;

- No penalties for cancellations made 30 days prior to the date of arrival;
- 30% penalty of the entire charge for cancellations made between 29 and 15 days prior to the date of arrival (penalty will be debited to the credit card supplied at the moment of confirmation of the booking;
- 50% penalty of the entire charge for cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to the date of arrival (penalty will be debited to the credit card supplied at the moment of confirmation of the booking);
- 100% penalty of the entire charge for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the date of arrival (penalty will be debited to the credit card supplied at the moment of confirmation of the booking);

- Hire of cots for infants under 3 years of age: Price is €5.00 per day;
