San Lorenzo is located, geographically, 30 km south of Florence in the south east of the Chianti Valdarno Aretino.

Casa Anna is part of San Lorenzo estate which crowns a hill in the Chianti countryside, dominating spectacular views of the valleys from our gardens, vineyards and olive groves. San Lorenzo is a secluded gated estate with a special atmosphere of total relaxation, happiness and exclusivity.

Casa Anna is our biggest apartment. It's located on the first floor of Villa Anna and has a very spacious living room with a great fireplace, a double sofa bed and an elegant dining area in front of the kitchen. There i salso a very useful storage room next to the kitchen.
There are 2 double bedrooms and a further double bedroom with a single bed too. There are two bathrooms, one has a Jacuzzi massage shower. The front balcony looks onto the central garden whereas the back balcony looks out onto the drive and tennis court.

The swimming pool is located 1 minute away in the spectacular Mediterranean garden with cocktail bar and restaurant.

Free WI-FI access in this area. Garden furniture and sun parosols are provided around the pool, which is rectangular with a shallow oyster shaped paddling area.

The tennis court is just across the garden overlooking the western vineyards and horses paddock. There is a private carport, safe and twice nightly security patrol.

We also have trek'n'trail outings to the beautiful Pratomagno mountains with a stop for mouthwatering ice cream on the way home. One thing is sure, whether you want to wind down, relax and concentrate on your tan or have an action packed holiday you'll bask in the incredible atmosphere of this paradise whilst being pampered with our hospitality.

Pisa airport is 90 mins drive away.

Florence airport is 45 mins drive away.

Car hire can be arranged from either airport.

Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo and Pisa are all from 45 mins to 2 hours drive from Podere San Lorenzo.

Please pay a deposit of at least 25% at time of booking. This can be made by bank transfer. Please contact us for details.

Remainder of accommodation fee and €100 (refundable)deposit against damages to be paid at check in. All extra services including courses, meals and beverages can be paid at check out.

If you require daily maid service at €25,00 per day, please inform us when booking.

Deposit fully refundable up to 60 days prior to expected occupancy. After this date whilst the deposit is not refundable its validity is respected for another holiday within the next 12 months (1 year).
