Immersed in the superb panorama of the Chianti Classico area, 20 Km from Siena, the Bed and Breakfast Villa di Sotto is a beautiful XIX-century farmhouse surrounded by villages and castles, vineyards and olive groves. The building is located on the edge of an ancient village near Siena called Villa a Sestathe green lands of Tuscany. ROOM 1,2 and 3: wide room with double bed, equipped with TV, air conditioning, private fridge and bathroom/shower, and the possibility, if necessary, of an additional bed. ROOM 4 and 5 :room with double bed, TV, bathroom/shower, and balcony with panoramic view on the Chianti vineyards and olive groves. Possibility of using the kitchen. ROOM 7 : double bedroom with TV, air conditioning and bathroom with shower; view over the vineyards and olive groves of the Chianti area. The room also has a large veranda and garden. Use of the kitchen is included. ROOM 8 : room with double bedroom, TV, air conditioning and bathroom with shower; view over the vineyards and olive groves of the Chianti area. Use of the kitchen can be arranged. APARTMENT 6 (per 2 person): small apartment on the ground floor composed of a room with double bed, a kitchen/living room with day bed, TV, air conditioning and a comfortable bathroom/shower. APARTMENT 7 :(composed of rooms 4 and 5 to 4 people) Large apartment totally restructured with two double bedrooms each equipped of TV, bathroom/shower, and balcony with panoramic view. APARTMENT 8 :(composed of the rooms 7 and 8 to 4 people) Old barn entirely renovated in typical Tuscan stone, with wooden beans and terracotta floors. The building comprises, on the first floor, double bedroom with bathroom en suite, colour TV, air conditioning and views over the town of Siena, the Chianti area and Crete Senesi and on the ground floor a kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and external veranda, garden. <> BORGO 1 : consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and the kitchen at the ground floor and 1 bedroom at the first floor with view on the Borgo (suitable for 2-5 persons). From the bedroom at the ground floor, one can directly go to a courtyard/terrace equipped with table and chairs. BORGO 2 : consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the cooking hob and a spacious living room with direct access to the garden from which one can enjoy a lovely view on the countryside (suitable for 2 persons). BORGO 3 : consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen; as this apartment is located at the ground floor, one can enter it directly from the garden (suitable for 2 - 4 persons). Casa Palei , or just Palei from the name of the cantiniere of the farm Villa a Sesta, where a good Chianti Classico is still produced. A wide garden with two swimming pools near Casa Palei, is at our guests’ disposal; our guests can also enjoy a charming and striking view on the Valley of Chianti and on Siena. CASA PALEI A : consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. This apartment is located at the ground floor and has direct access to a common courtyard equipped with tables, chairs and beach umbrellas (suitable for 4-6 persons). CASA PALEI B : consists of 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub, a small bathroom with shower and the kitchen and is suitable for 2-4 persons. This apartment is located at the first floor but one can go down to the ground floor and use a lovely space equipped with table and chairs. CASA PALEI C : is on 2 floors at the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen/living room and at the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (suitable for 4-8 persons). At the ground floor you can use table and chairs outside. CASA PALEI D : consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the kitchen/living room and a small mansard (attic room) with 1 double bed or 2 single beds (suitable for 2-4 persons). Outside a common courtyard equipped with tables, chairs and beach umbrellas at our guests’ disposal.

Coming from Rome: If you come from Rome (South): at the Bettolle crossing point of the Val di Chiana exit, you can take the superhighway in the direction of Siena and reach the Castelnuovo Berardenga exit that you will find after approximately 31 Km. Once
