Three available historic, renovated units ranging in size from large studio to 3 bedroom/2 baths. Located in the scenic hilltop village of Spello in the region of Umbria.

Once a residence for a wine and olive-oil producing family for generations, the property has be recently transformed, with the help of a local architect, into separate units having all the convenience of modern amenities while retaining unique historic charm. There is a lush terraced garden available for your use, which has a view of the surrounding countryside.

Each unit is beautifully furnished, and is equipped with full modern kitchen and bathroom, high-speed internet, etc. Ideally suited for weekly visits or long-term stays (discounts for longer terms).

The main unit described here is Unit#1 (Augustus), which has 1BR/1.5baths (sleeps up to 4). Also available are Unit #2 (Tiberius), with 3BR/2baths (sleeps up to 6), and Unit #4 (Cleopatra), a large Studio/1bath (sleeps up to 3 or 4).

Centrally located for daytrips throughout Italy -- just a 10 minute drive from Assisi; 30 minutes from Perugia; one hour from Siena; two hour train or car ride from Florence and/or Rome.

Low Season: November through March Mid/High Season: April through October

All fees are payable in advance (i.e. 30% due within 10 days of reservation; final 70% due 6 weeks prior to arrival). Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

We offer weekly and discounted monthly rates for all units. All prices are negotiable. For long-term rentals, the price is negotiable. Units can be combined to accommodate greater numbers. (Contact us for Monthly rates and for Special Offers.)

(Should you desire a shorter stay, we will be happy to negotiate a per diem rate.)

Cleaning fee for weekly rentals is €50 for Units#1&2 and €40 for Unit#4. Cleaning fee is negotiable for monthly rentals.
