The house is new, located in a private residence with in front wonderful panorama of the archipelago of Caprera and La Maddalena. In the wind days you can see also the Corsica island (France) where you can go, if you like, for a day trip (10 minutes by car to the port and 30 minutes by ship and come back in the evening.

The furniture is new and good quality. There is a double bed room, little room with 2 beds, a store room, a large bath with shower, living room with double bed-settee, a kitchen with gas, electric oven, fridge and freezer and large veranda, sea front, with table, chairs and sitting room.
The residence has a private parking. TV Sat, Stereo, DVD, washing machine, coffee espresso and cappuccino machine, microwaves, hoover, iron and portable barbecue.

Costa Smeralda is 15 minutes by car and Theme Park Acquadream (nice especially for children) at Baia Sardinia also 15 minuts. Embarkment to Corsica in S. Teresa di Gallura 9 Km (nice trip to Bonifacio, fantastic lunch with mussels, visit to the old fortess and back home in the evening). Embarkment for archipelago of Caprera from Palau 6 Km.(Wonderful "Islands tour"). Porto Pozzo 2 Km to hire boats. Isola dei Gabbiani, surfers paradise, 2,5 Km. Port and Airport 30 minutes by car. Bus, bancomat and small shops (newspapers, bakery, butcher, foods and bar) 50 mt. Supermarkets at Santa Teresa or Palau. Sito archaeological site at 15 Km. Restaurants near. Beautiful beaches all around you.

The cleanings at end holidays are a part (50 Euro).

The price is all included(Light and gas).

Payment is 30% for booking by wire transfer or PayPal (add 4%) and the rest at your arrive when you retire the keys.
