Farmhouse in Pitigliano Details

The farm holidays is situated near Pitigliano, in the middle of Maremma Tuscana, near the Saturnia Thermal bath and from the splendid medieval villages of Sorano and Sovana. The farm holidays is made up two independent complexes: Podere Bello (Beautiful Farm) e Sasso Bianco (White Stone), both provided with a swimming pool. Our farm holiday rises on a panoramic hill. The main productions are grape-vine, olive and wheat. All is produced with methods certificated by ICEA. You can taste all our products such us: wine and the oil bio produced here. Besides the farm holyday is totally sustained by renewable solar thermal sources.

White Stone: The apartment is on the ground floor, is an ideal accommodation for a family of 5, because it consists of a spacious bedroom and a comfortable room with double bed and one single bed, a bathroom and a spacious living room with rustic kitchen masonry.

The Fox: The Fox is a comfortable apartment on the ground floor for 4 persons, consisting of two comfortable bedrooms, furnished with furniture from the turn of the century, two bathrooms with shower and one with a bath and finally a large and bright kitchen overlooking the garden.

The Owl: The Owl is a comfortable room for 3 persons, composed of a bedroom with double bed and a single bed, bathroom. Outside it has a nice porch where you can relax, eat or simply admire the sunset.

The Rock: The rock is composed of a bright and comfortable room with double bed and two single beds for four comfortable beds, a bathroom with shower.

The Pools: In the warmer months the pool is the ideal venue to enjoy a nice cool and quiet with views of the Maremma. Agriturismo Podere Bello have the opportunity to cool off from the summer heat swimming pools in two very special, a white stone placed in the garden of the apartment and rock and the other placed in the garden of the apartment fox and owl.

When booking, you need to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the overnight bank transfer. The remaining 70% is payable in cash on arrival if possible. Deposit: For stays of a week is required to pay 150 euros as a deposit, which will be returned at the check-out after checking the apartment.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
