The B&B has two independent suites:the"Poet" and the"Fireplace".

The Poet Suite consists of:

- a living-room with two single beds

- a bedroom with a king-sized bed

- a kitchen

- a private bathroom with a shower-bath

The Fire-Place Suite consists of:

- a bedroom with a king-sized bed

- a living-room with a fold out bed, a small fireplace and a cooking area

- a private bathroom with a shower-bath.

All rates are in Euro.

Prices -

Suite as single-room - € 40,00/ Min, € 80,00/ Max

Suite as double-room - € 60,00/ Min, € 80,00/ Max

Add a single bed in a second bedroom (max. 2) - € 25,00/ Min, € 30,00/ Max

Add a single bed in a second bedroom for children under six years old (max. 2) - € 15,00/ Min, € 20,00/ Max

Overnight stays for a minimum of 7 nights - € 380,00/ Min, € 490,00/ Max

Prices change depending on high, mid and off – season charges and length of stay.

High-season includes: January 01-07; Easter holiday; April 23 to May 04; July 15 to August 31; December 04- 08; December 24-31; and during events and performances.

Off-season includes: all other dates.

laundry services in the B&B (for an additional charge of € 10,00 per day)

use of the main kitchen and the dishes (for an additional charge of € 10,00 per day)

For every reservation you have to pay in advance the 30 percent of the total amount to allow.

Balance payment must be effected bank transfer or cash down at your arrival otherwise admission to rooms won’t be allowed.

Balance non-payment will be considered as a writ of prompt execution, so the collection of credit and incidental additional expenses will be started.

If guest can’t carry out his own booking he will be requested to inform of it immediately or in the space of the same day. If cancellation is due to our unavailability, we’ll take care to let the guest know as soon as possible and, if possible, we’ll indicate him an alternative accommodation.

We won’t take a responsibility, in any case, if cancellation is due to circumstances beyond one’s control.
