Apt. PIO in the Villa I7PINI is located near Apt. LUCIA at the first floor and it is for maximum six persons (4 adults and 2 childs is preferred). Villa I7Pini is an old house used, in the past, during the summer months in
order to enjoy the coolness of the pine woods, rises to the slopes of the Vesuvio in the city of Torre del Greco, city of the flowers of coral and cameos, situated at the center of the Gulf of Naples.

The Villa is placed in a quite zone but nearest the train stop of the Circumvesuviana (Villa delle Ginestre) and by train, in few minutes leaving the car outside the Villa, you can visit comfortably all tourist places of the gulf of Naples.

Apartment PIO has been as soon as restructured (feb. 2008) and is for a maximum of 6/7 persons (possibility to add also another bed), it is composed by: two wide bedrooms, one room with a double bed and a big wardrobe, the other room with a sofa bed and two single beds and a big wardrobe; a big beautiful kitchen equipped of all being necessary also with dishwasher with table, a bathroom with shower.

The apartment is of approximately 60 mq. and it is ideal also in order to put up two familiar groups. Bedrooms such as kitchen are much large. A large balcony to spent your summer evenings time to the coolness of the pines. Apartment is air conditioned.

Rates are quoted in Euro.

A deposit of 20% of total amount is due at the booking confirmation.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Bank transfer, cash and PayPal are accepted forms of payment.

A damage deposit of €100 will be returned at the departure day if there are no damages.

We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, etc.

You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles.

You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of €50.00.

For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 3 nights rent.

There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
