Close to Mont Blanc and Matterhorn! Only 30 minutes drive to Chamonix (France) and Martigny (Switzerland). The apartment is part of a newly renovated family home, located in Sarre, a residential area, 600 m. of altitude, in a sunny and panoramic position. It is in 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed + 1 large single bed) and 1 small bath (single sink and toilet) upstairs; living room with double pull out bed, colour TV and a well equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom (toilet, single sink, bidet, wash machine, bath and shower) and a balcony downstairs. Independent entrance from the main road through the balcony. Autonomous eating. Finished and renovated in 2007. It allows upto 6 to sleep comfortably.

In central location compared to the various tourist resorts of Valle d'Aosta, is a good chance to visit and fully enjoy the many attractions of this beautiful region. The town of Aosta with its monuments, churches, shops and restaurants, which can be easily reached from the house. The ski resort of Pila with over 70km of perfectly groomed pistes and snowboard park, it is only a 20 minute gondola ride away from the house. Gran Paradiso National Park is at a distance of 25 km. Courmayeur and the majestic Mont Blanc are 33 km. away. Cervinia and its Matterhorn are 53 km. away, Pré-Saint-Didier Spas are 28 km. Swimming pool with sauna and turkish bath 2 km.
