All rates are for total stay of minimum 2 nights and include VAT. A €20 surcharge will be applied to stays of 1 night only, while excellent discounts are given for stays of 1 week or longer!

All Advance Payment Promotion bookings are NON REFUNDABLE. Subject to availability and within suitable notice these bookings can be modified at the relevant rate. Your credit card will be debited within 48 hours of the booking being made.

Cancellations made MORE than 15 days before arrival date will NOT be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations made BETWEEN 8 - 14 days BEFORE arrival date will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee. Cancellations made BETWEEN 2 - 7 days BEFORE arrival date will be charged the higher of 25% of the total booking or 2 nights cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 1 day before arrival date will be charged will be charged the higher of 50% of the total booking or 3 nights cancellation fee.
