The amount of the deposit is 33% of the total cost, to be sent within 5 days from the acceptance of the conditions.
The remainder of the payment (called Full Payment) is due, 20 days prior to the guest’s arrival. Personal checks, traveler’s checks and Paypal are not accepted forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
33% of the total cost, earlier the 20 days from the arrival.
50% of the total cost 20 days or less from the arrival.

Bed linen and towels rental cost: Euro 15 per person per week, Electricity consumptions are calculated Euro 0,3 per KW (in a week is an average of 15 Euros). Euros 200,00 of Damage Deposit are required in cash upon the arrival.
