First level : The living room with dining area is bathed every morning in light through the large windows. The French door opens to the big terrace overlooking the garden. In the evening, the working fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. The sofas are comfortable. The dining area has Italian charm and lends itself to delicious dinners. The kitchen is well equipped with a door that opens to the terrace. Off the living room there is a niche with a modern sofa-bed for two persons with awnings to guarantee privacy. Modern bathroom with WC and shower.

Second Floor : Up the stairs: nice double bedroom with two single beds and view to the garden. The master bedroom has queen sized bed with wonderful lake view and a nice balcony overlooking Lake Como. There's a large 'walk through' closet. Modern bathroom with bathtub.
