The apartment is on the top of the building and it is on two floors. As you enter you find a wide living room with a modern. kitchen the diving room, a fireplace and TV via satellite. On the second floor you can find a bathroom, a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The bedroom's French window looks on a balcony from where you can look at the beautiful garden.

• We accept pets: 5.00 €/daily.
• Prices include: full use of kitchen, water, electricity, gas, linen (room, bathroom and kitchen) changed weekly (on request), final cleaning, swimming pool and garden with garden furniture (sunshade, chairs, loungers , tables).
• Early departure: in case of early departure we request the total amount of the stay.
• Payment: for the payment of the balance we accept: cash and major credit card (with an extra cost of 2% of the total amount).
• Deposit: 50,00 € to be delivered upon arrival.

• The reservation is confirmed when we receive the deposit of 30% of the total amount. It's possible to reserve by travel check, bank transfer or money order.In case of customer's cancellation will be applied (unless special agreements) the following penalties:
up to 60 days before arrival no penalty;

• from 60 to 45 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount;
• from 45 to 25 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount;
• from 25 to 1 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount;
• the same day of the arrival or in case of non show there is a 100% penalty.
Note : in all cases of booking cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
