Our airy and spacious apartment in Lecce is located on the second floor of a baroque building in a pedestrian only alley, it is seconds away from one of the most gorgeous baroque churches in town and 5 minutes walk from the city’s main piazza where you can enjoy free nightly events and bask in the multifaceted architectural landscape (ancient roman, 14th, 17th and 19th century all in one piazza!).
Our house is very quiet and spacious.

It has Lecce stone floors, warm rugs, an entry way with barrel-vaulted ceiling, a kitchen with star-vaulted ceiling. After extensive renovation, we only need to finish the façade, so the lovely baroque balconies are yet to come, but you still can enjoy looking out to the street leaning on the solid railing we installed. And everything else is in place, including a large and bright master bedroom, a cozy second bedroom and a large and airy bathroom with washing machine. The ample living room and kitchen look onto the pedestrian alley. We also have a large bedroom downstairs with a very comfortable queen bed. The room has its own bathroom with details from ancient days and it has two doors opening onto a secluded and sunny court.

Enjoy our home and its neighborhood and be on the lookout for the fruit vendor, he shows up in the little piazza near the house around 12 pm every day with his small truck full of fruit and veggies from the local countryside.

The closest airport is Brindisi, about 30 minutes car drive or shuttle/taxi service.

The train station is about 10 minutes walk from our house.

We will send you specific directions once you make the booking.

All rates are in Euros.

We accept payments either via PayPal or via wire transfer into our Italian bank account.

A deposit of Euro 100 will be required within 1 week of booking date.

The rest of the payment will be required 30 days before arrival.

We also need to collect a security deposit (damage deposit) of Euro 400 which will be returned to you 1 week after your departure (this will allow us to verify that everything is in order as you found it).

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of Euro 100.00.

For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of Euro 200

There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Travel Insurance is advised.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Our house is a no smoking house.

Please be respectful of our neighbors.

If police are called and come to property for any disturbance, you will lose your entire security deposit.

You can park outside the city wall (closest city door is Porta San Biagio), which is 5 minutes walk to our house.

The locked loft closets contain our personal items. Please be respectful.

The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.

All trash should be bagged and disposed of as we instruct you.

Please lock all windows and doors.

Leave keys on dining room table.
