Meanwhile you will be sitting, depending on your wish, on an extensive terrace in the sun or in the shade on another terrace romantically entwined with flowers and plants. Even if you are simply just lying relaxed on the bed or on one of the sun couches at the pool, you will have a breathtaking view of the sea from all sides.

Enjoy the warmth of the Turkish steam bath/sauna. This pleasure is crowned with a dive into your swimming pool. Swim, enjoy the peace and of course the enchanting view of the sea here too. The Paradiso Villa is equipped with room for up to 4 persons, it has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a Decker-bed, a kitchen-cum-living-room and a bath with a rain-shower. The air conditioner cools the house down to a pleasant temperature on hot days.

The Paradiso Villa is embedded in a beautifully laid out and well-kept green oasis. Depending on the season you will discover a motley flower forest or ripe fruits on the fruit-trees. In addition, there is also a world of herbs waiting for you, with rosemary and basil which is so important for tomato-mozzarella. After you have completely toured the beautifully laid out outer facility, which resembles a park, and you are feeling hungry, allow yourself the pleasure of joint cooking in your kitchen-cum-living-room. Or you walk only the few minutes to the sea to good restaurants, allow yourself to be pampered and enjoy the varied ligurian cuisine. After that, stroll a little bit more with pleasure along the Spiaggia d'Oro - the sandy beach at Porto Maurizio – and simply just enjoy a bit more.

The weekly rate is from 1050,- EUR to 2150,- EUR, actual seasonal rental rates available upon request.

Heating costs are charged by use.

Payment by credit card, bank transfer: First payment after booking: 100 € / week. 30 days before the departure: full balance.
