Our flat, newly restored and carefully furnished, with modern individual heating and air-conditioning, is a loft with gallery (67 square meters in the whole), with two large windows overlooking the roofs and one of the most ancient streets of Florence. On the second floor there are one double bed (160 x 200 cm), one double divan bed (bed 160 x 200 cm) and one dresser. On the first floor there are one divan, two armchairs, a table with chairs, ancient wardrobe and ancient cupboard.

The bathroom has shower, basin, bidet, hair-dryer, and products for personal hygiene are provided. Bed and bathroom linen are furnished. The kitchen space is equipped with all that is necessary for cooking: dishes, kitchen ware, refrigerator, oven, microwaves oven, kettle and salt, sugar, coffee. TV set, DVD reader, and a small multimedia library for children and grow-ups, are all available in the flat. On demand we can offer a communicating second room with gallery (35 mq).

On the second floor there is one double bed (140 x 200 cm) and one modern dresser. On the first floor one single bed (90 x 200 cm), one double divan bed (bed 120 x 200 cm), two armchairs, a table with chairs and a modern wardrobe, the bathroom (with shower, and hair-dryer) and a small terrace over the roofs.

The flat is located in Via de’ Pandolfini, 20, in the Galli Tassi Palace, a historical place built in 16th century under a project by Michelangiolo Buonarroti, and is very peculiar. In the ground floor you can admire a marble statue that was carved by Bartolomeo Ammanati (the same artist that carved Nettuno statue in Signoria Square).
It is in the very historical centre of the town, at the same distance (150 m) from the three most famous squares of the town (Duomo, Signoria, Santa Croce), and it takes 10 minutes walking and 5 minutes by taxi from the main train station (Santa Maria Novella). There is a supermarket at about 20 m from the flat, and another one at about 100 m.
