We offer a warm welcome in a green wooden house. In a rural but very elegant location, with plenty of greenery outside, private parking and barbecue area, we offer a very confortable three-room apartment (65mq): 2 bedrooms - 1 living room with kitchen - 1 bathroom. Plus a storage for bicycles/climbing equipment.

Our farm produces grape - plum - cherries - apples - figs - pear - kiwi - ... Our guests are praised, with seasonal fruits and vegetables from our garden.
We are 5 minutes walk from the center of Arco and 15 by bike from Lake Garda.

Arco is one of the main European destinations for sport climbing. Merit of the mild climate of Lake Garda, with which you can climb all year round. You can always try a breathtaking view: combination of mountains and Mediterranean vegetation.
Lake Garda is only 5 Km far on cycling path.

We are 70Km from airport of Verona, and 25Km from Train Station of Rovereto

Rates are quoted in Euro.

A damage deposit of 150Euro is required at booking. Full payment is due 3 days after the arrival. Are accepted checks and bank-transfer. We do not use creditcards.

The damage deposit will be returned the day of departure. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 50.00Euro. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 150Euro.

- Absolutely no pets allowded: many people are highly allergic to pets. -Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. -Ants are a common problem in the tropics (-: Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately. -Garbage pick-up is daily evening. Please place bags by the big garbage-can. Due to bears and other wild animals, all trash should be placed in garbage can. -Please you and your children be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. On Departure: - All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. - The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. - The thermostat should be turned to 10 degrees during winter months. - All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. - Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
