The residence Borgo da Mare is in the historical centre of Monteprandone, a medieval fortress situated in Italy in Marche region on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The residence was opened in 2008 following the restoration of two houses of architectural beauty dating from the 1500s and share the only garden in the historical centre of the town. Monteprandone is near the border between the Marche and Abruzzo regions and only 4 km from the seaside resort of San Benedetto del Tronto.

Borgo da Mare has 11 holiday apartments and two double bedrooms, a fitness and relaxation area, a pool room, a large garden with a hydro massage and a piano bar where guests can enjoy a generous continental breakfast, served by the pool. During the sensitive restoration of these medieval buildings great attention was given to detail, to exalt the architectural beauty of the cross-vaulting, wooden beams, hand-made bricks and original frescoes.

Sun beds and umbrellas are provided on the beach at San Benedetto del Tronto; a sailing boat, canoe and bicycles are also available.
