Villa Fico d`India is a prestigious luxury estate set high on the rocks,with a breathtaking sea view panorama at just 200 mt. from the high rocks coast. A Mediterranean park comprising flowers and olive groves encloses completely the property.

The property comprises a complex of apartments, in total 1 main villa with 6 independent guests apartments, distributed in the olive grove. The elegant swimming pool has been designed like a terrace looking at the sea. The main Villa is developed on a single floor and is composed of a living room with cooking area , 2 bedrooms (a twin bedroom with bunk bed plus a single sofa bed, and a double bedroom) and a bathroom in the corridor.

Externally a characteristic trullo which includes a romantic double bedroom with ensuite shower. On a lower terrace level, just beyond the swimming pool, is set the "main Pajara" which is a typical stone house similar to a trullo.

It is characterized by a particular sailing furnishing style, comprising a spacious dining room with comfortable sofa bed and kitchenette, two bedrooms ( one double and one twin) served by a bathroom housed in an original trullo. Further down the slope of the property, there are also four other "Pajare". In particular three smaller apartments complete with double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower, and a larger one with three double bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
