On the ridge of the hills between Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, in an 18-century park, the Sartori family built a modern, prestigious country house for their own family vacations. Now this house is available to families and groups wanting to spend a holiday in a roomy, comfortable, particularly charming house.

Villa Sartori offers 3 prestigious villas for different vacation solutions (browse our website 'Villagattico.it').

The Villa Padronale, is of course at the heart of the property, in terms of both position and importance. It measures about 250 square metres on each of the 3 floors and it is suitable for 8/10 pax.
The Castellino (the Small Castle), is an old farm building that has been converted into a charming house that rises upwards to culminate in a turret offering a perfect spot for stargazing. Ideal for 4/6 pax. An old country house has been converted into the Casina Bianca, the Little White House, a dependence of the Villa, with its own lovely arcade-veranda (3/4 pax).

If you are coming from Milan Malpensa airport, you should take the road through Ticino Park. You will come to a big roundabout; take the first right and follow the directions for Somma Lombardo. Turn right at the first roundabout, toward the town centre,

All rates are in Euro.

In all cases, final cleaning will be charged upon departure on the basis of the number of hours of work involved, at a rate of 10.00 Euros per hour, with a minimum charge 250.00 Euros for the Main Villa, 120,00 Euros for the Small Castle and 80,00 Euros for the Little White House, i.e. 450,00 Euros when renting the entire property. The rental fee is independent from the number of inhabitants, but we foresee a maximum of ten people for the Main Villa, six people for the Small Castle and four people for the Little White House, i.e. 20 people when renting the entire property.

Rentals of two or three weeks are possible, at 60% or 80% of the monthly rate, respectively.

For the periods including Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter the price is the same as in the High Season.

The properties are rented for a minimum of two weeks.

In case of booking cancellation within 60 days from the arrival date, the 50% of the confirmatory down payment will be reimbursed.

In case of cancellation after 60 and within 20 days from the arrival date, the total amount of the confirmatory down payment will be withheld.

In case of cancellation during the 20 days before the arrival date, you will be requested for the balance payment of the full agreed rental rate, except the amounts for final cleanings and other additional services eventually booked.

In case of booking cancellation, we shall anyway offer the apartment to other eventual customers and, in case of successful replacement booking, we may reimburse higher amounts, up to the 100% of the confirmatory down payment.

We do not work with confirmatory down payments, we work if the customers come here on holiday and are fully satisfied.

If they cannot come, we hope that they keep nice impressions on our profile and behavior in order to see them at Villa Sartori in Gattico in the future.

We point you out that, as the use of the wonderful park and swimming-pool is reserved only to the villas’ guests, if the Main Villa and/or the Little Castle and/or the Little White House are rented to different families/groups, it is NOT allowed to accept daily guests besides the limit of lodging people foreseen for each rented house (ten people for the Main Villa, six people for the Small Castle and four people for the Little White House, i.e. 20 people when renting the entire property).

Normally the reception is between 14,00 and 19,00 PM. The villas have to be left free normally within 10h00 AM of the departure day.
