Lovers of this place, of his colour sunsets, of the splendid sea, we have decided to manage this family property and create a little tourist welcome activity. 6 months at the year let Varese for dedicate us with passion to this activity and is a big satisfaction for us when our customers spend a beautiful holiday knowing this zone. We are at Capo Vaticano sited at 8 km from Tropea on the Ricadi's Bay of Santa Maria. This coastline is famous for it's beautiful beaches. The French magazine 'Les Grands Voyageurs considered Capo Vaticano the third most beautiful beach in Italy and among the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world.

When the weather is sunny and sky is particularly clean from the house you can see Aeolian Islands, the street of Messina and sometimes the Etna Volcano. You can enjoy yourself also to see beautiful sunsets. In the surroundings you can find restaurants, cafes, shops etc. If you love the natural products we will be happy to refer you to the farmer from whom we also provide us with vegetables, fresh fruit and a few pints of good olive oil. You can compare prices and quality among the many supermarkets that are located in the area.

Use the ideal location of the Case DI Concetta to combine a refreshing beach holiday with excursions to the near surroundings. Visit the Aeolian Islands and discover e.g. the unique volcano landscape of Stromboli.

The property is composed of one small house enclosed in a big (approximately 1500 m) fenced garden where you can spend your time by reading a book, playing cards or having a barbecue with friends. There is also a parking near the small houses. A washing machine and two outdoor showers are at the shared disposal of all guests. During your stay we are always available to give you any kind of information and solve your practical problems encountered. When the weather is very warm the small house are very comfortable thanks for their thick-walls and their position allows you to enjoy a wonderful landscape and a gentle sea breeze.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a big covered veranda with a good sight on the sea. The furnishing is simple and comfortable the charm of the sea in winter. In autumn and winter, The Case of Concetta are ideal for those who want to spend some time enjoying the peace of mind that views are changing every day. Great for those seeking peace and concentration to play a creative work or for those who simply want to enjoy the charm of the winter sea Among our guests we have had artists and writers who have enjoyed the unique atmosphere and charm.

The apartment in the winter version is composed of a bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen. The heating is provided by 2 electric radiators in the two rooms, a gas stove in the kitchen and a heater in the bathroom. At this time we make a special offer of 300 euros per month with a minimum stay of one month. Excludes consumption of electricity and gas.
