Ancient Venetian House is a lovely apartment located in a historic villa, right in the centre of Lido, the sandy island of Thomas Mann and Lord Byron.
The villa, built in 1910, is surrounded by a private garden and this spacious apartment on the ground floor, bright and comfortable,had been fully renovated in 2000.
Ancient Venetian House consists of a twin bedroom, spacious living room with 2 sofa beds (1 double and 1 single), spacious kitchen and a bathroom.
All rooms look out over the ancient planted garden, that becomes an integral part of the house. The quiet, yet central position, allows you to enjoy both the traditional seaside holiday with all its sports, and the ancient culture of the city.

Directions and Airport Information :The island of Lido is accessible directly from the Airport of Venice \"Marco Polo\" and from the railway station by boat. You can also reach the island directly in the car with a ferry boat.

All the rates are in Euros and are means for an average of three people, they will be tailored to a greater or lesser number of occupants. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

It is requested a bank transfer of 30% as down payment due upon booking. The balance must be made on arrival.

At the arrival is also request a "Deposit": an amount of money (50 €) issued as a guarantee for any damage caused to the structure. This sum is returned upon departure, unless any damage is found.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days, the down payement will not be returned
