The Residence is situated about 2,5 km from the Center of Rivadelgarda, about 6 km from Tennolake, and about 10 km from the Ledrolake away, in a quiet position with a beautiful view, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oleanders. It's also a starting point for enchanting walks and excursions. There are no traffic Foads around.

All the apartments are fully furnished and with a double room, a fully equipped kitchen corner in the sitting room with sleeping sofa bed for 2 persons, eating corner and a large window (about 3,50x2,70 mt.), bathroom with shower all of them with balcony (mt. 4x1,80) or terrace (mt. 4x4) southward, with garden furniture. Type B/6 is like just the Type A+ 1 small double bed room. Garage. Swimming pool 11x10 - Baby pool 5x5x0,40 - Garden - Table tennis - Outdoor children playground - Grill - Barbecue- Bikes and surf garage with alarm.

In price is included also Bedlinen (Italian Style) Extra: Bath Towels and Kitchen clothes you have to take your own with you. Free of Charge You can use: bike and surf garage, 1 car place in garage, barbecue in garden. The Swimming pool (until about middle of September) , children pool (from about beginning of July), table tennis, sun chairs and Children playground are open from end of may until middle of Sept.The apartments are fully furnished with beautiful sea view from the balcony/terrace and Mountains View from the sleeping room. Children up to 3 years are free of charge if with their parents.

The above Prices are considered per day per apartment for a minimum stay of 5 days per week during the periods A), and B) and 7 days stay for the period C). For Expo-period 6 days stay For shorter stays as requested , will be added a small supplement depends on the length of your stay, It is possible to check in and check out any days during the week CHILDREN SERVICE: save space in your bag ages and you can have: baby coats, table high chairs , nappy underlay, plastic baby bath. 1 Electrical city bikes : 1 hour per day per apartment into the price.
