The Farm:

Ca'Mazzeto farm is located in the heart of the historical area of Coccorano of Valfabbrica. We are situated along the Franciscan Peace Trail and surrounded by Assisi (20 km), Perugia (25 km) and Gubbio (25km).

The farm is organic and controlled by ICEA. We produce extra-virgin olive-oil, cheese from the sheep milk (pecorino, ricotta etc.) and handwoven textiles. We have about 130 hectares of land (in the past there were 5 little farms). Cereal cultivation, olive-trees, meadows for the sheep and horses, woods, old stone houses and the ruins of the "Castellina" fortress.

Apartment Artemisia:

Apartment Artemisia located on the first floor, is the smallest of our apartments: 35m2 consisting of master bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, living room and a comfortable big sofa-bed.

Apartment Basilico:

Apartment Basilico is flat on the ground floor, it is the most spacious (45m2), and also suitable for people with disabilities. In the master bedroom you can place a double bed and a possible extra bed. Will find a comfortable sofa in the living room with double beds.
The apartment is less bright than the Artemisia and Zafferano apartments but remains pleasantly cool even on hot summer days.

Apartment Zafferano:

Apartment Zafferano is on the first floor, it consists of 44m2. In the bedroom you can place a double bed and a possible extra bed, or 2/3 single beds, located in the living room there'a a couch reversible to a comfortable double bed.

The furnishing is simple, basic but very nice and designed: all furnishing is made in "arte povera" (solid wood), wrought iron beds, walls and ceilings painted with glazing and decoration. The material which floors are made of (ceramic) makes easy cleaning. There is possibility to add a bed for babies. Disable facilities are fitted in one of the apartments. All the apartments are in the main building with independent entrances.

All apartments have complete self catering facilities; as another option you can book in our restaurant featuring Sardinian, Umbrian and International specialties, even for breakfast and dinner. You'll be delighted by our homemade cheeses!

Outdoor activities: trekking, mountain bike (please note there's no possibility at the moment to rent bikes by your farm), lake and river fishing in the neighborhoods. Also golf fields and riding school are ready for you in Perugia! In the town of Valfabbrica about 5 km from the farm, you can find shops, banks, postal service, a pharmacy and other shops.

The nearest airport is San Egidio (Perugia)20 minutes from our farm. there are direct Ryanair flights from London and Bruxelles. Rome airpot 2,5 hours, Ancona 1,5 hours, Pisa 3 hours.
