Liant Borgo is situated on the hills behind the beach of Liscia, on the north coast of Sardinia. Immersed by greenery and surrounded by beautiful nature, typical of the place, with wild olive trees, arbutus, juniper and scents of the Mediterranean.

In the most complete calmness, with sweeping views of the islands of Archipelago of Maddalena, and Corsica, Porto Pollo, no housing at all nearby.
The most famous beaches of the North Coast are just a few kilometers. Porto Pollo, Spiaggia del Liscia, Conca Verde, La Licciola, Valle dell'Erica, Rena Majore, Cala Spinosa, Capo Testa and Rena Bianca and more others, allow a wide and varied choice depending on the wind or on your own desires.

Equipped beaches or natural, guided visits to the islands or sailing, snorkeling, diving, surfing, sailing and many other opportunities in the nearby towns of Porto Pollo, Palau and Santa Teresa, offering every type of infrastructure, entertainment, activities and services.

Four little stone cottage newly built. Overlooking the sea and the islands of la Maddalena and Corsica, the houses are situated in a beautiful four hectars green land with wild olive trees and granite rocks.

Each cottage has a lounge area fully equipped with everything you need, TV and sofa bed (in a small house there are four additional beds on a mezzanine). A bathroom with shower and a bedroom.
All linen are included and a change with a cleaning is done every week.
Among the greenery and outdoor showers and barbecue areas.
In to the wild green you can find walks, a running and exercising route, relaxing areas and natural playgrounds.

One hour from Olbias airport, 1 and 1/2 hour from Algheros airport.

All the Rates are in Euros. A deposit of half of the total rent is due immediately to confirm the reservation. The other half of the payment is due at the arrival. Personal checks or money orders, are accepted forms of payment.

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of €50. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of €300. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rates are Subjected to Change without Prior Notice. A damage deposit of €300 will be returned the day of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately.
